There are so many animals in the world that it is difficult to know each and every one of them. When most of us think about animals, we may think about a domesticated animal, such as a dog or a cat. We may also think about certain animals in the wild, such as lions or tigers. As you are about to see, however, even the generally unknown animal can also be quite amazing. That is true of this orphaned wombat.
Wombats are an animal native to Australia and they are approximately 1 m in length with short legs and muscular bodies. There are still wombats in existence, as you can see here, but there are also a number of extinct species as well. This particular wombat has it pretty good in life, because he was orphaned and taken in by some humans who love nothing better than to make them feel special.
It is difficult not to be a little bit jealous over the attention that this animal is getting from his human companion. After all, who of us wouldn’t love a good belly rub every once in a while? For now, we can live vicariously through this precious animal and be happy that he has a family that loves him.
