There are many animals that don’t tend to get along well with each other. For example, cats and dogs have often had a difficulty getting along and cats certainly have problems with other types of animals as well, including birds and rodents. In fact, cats will aggressively hunt birds, rats and mice if they are hungry in the wild. That is not always the case, however, when these animals are domesticated.
Not only is it possible for different types of animals to get along in a domestic environment, they can do so in some rather interesting ways. In this family, they have they have a large Rottweiler but riding on his back is something most unusual. It is the family cat and then on the back of the cat is the family rat! Certainly, this is a most unusual group of animals, but it’s obvious that they get along quite well.
Any one of these animals can make an interesting house pet and certainly, they will have a personality that most of us can appreciate. When we see the three of them together, it really opens our eyes to the possibilities of allowing these domesticated animals to dwell under one roof.
